Belmont Clinic Location

New Vision operates out of two locations in Kitchener: 421 Greenbrook Drive and 525 Belmont Avenue West, Suite 206. Two physicians continue to practice out of the Belmont office. Our interdisciplinary providers operate out of the Greenbrook facility and are accessible to all patients rostered with the Family Health Team.

Monday	8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Tuesday	8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Wednesday	8:30 am to 1:00 pm
Thursday	8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Friday	8:30 am to 4:30 pm
On call coverage usually Tuesday evenings until 8:00pm. Note that the office is closed for lunch 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm daily.

If the office is closed, rostered patients may contact 1-866-553-7205. This phone number will connect you to a registered nurse who will assess your concerns. If it is determined that you should see the physician on-call, the nurse will assist in those arrangements.

If your problem is of a more urgent nature, please go to the nearest Emergency Department.
