Belmont Clinic Location

New Vision operates out of two locations in Kitchener: 421 Greenbrook Drive and 525 Belmont Avenue West, Suite 206. New Vision began operating out of our main Greenbrook facility in September of 2006. Two physicians continue to operate out of the Belmont office. Mental Health, Nutrition and Clinical Pharmacy services are delivered from the Greenbrook facility and are accessible to all patients rostered with the Family Health Team.

Monday	8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Tuesday	8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Wednesday	8:30 am to 1:00 pm
Thursday	8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Friday	8:30 am to 4:30 pm
On call coverage usually Tuesday evenings until 8:00pm. Note that the office is closed for lunch 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm daily.

If the office is closed, rostered patients may contact 1-866-553-7205. This phone number will connect you to a registered nurse who will assess your concerns. If it is determined that you should see the physician on-call, the nurse will assist in those arrangements.

We ask that you do not go to other clinics. If you cannot wait for the physician on-call or if your problem is of a more urgent nature, we request that you go to the nearest Emergency Department.
