New Vision operates out of two locations in Kitchener: 421 Greenbrook Drive and 525 Belmont Avenue West, Suite 206. New Vision began operating out of the new Greenbrook facility in September of 2006. Two physicians continue to practice out of the Belmont office. Our interdisciplinary health providers operate out of the Greenbrook facility and are accessible to all patients rostered with New Vision Family Health Team.

If the office is closed, rostered patients may contact 1-866-553-7205. This phone number will connect you to a registered nurse who will assess your concerns. If it is determined that you should see the physician on-call, the nurse will assist in those arrangements.
