About Our Team
Thirteen experienced physicians are part of the New Vision Family Health Team.
Our Administrative team are the first people you see when you visit our office.
Our Nurses teach patients/families how to promote good health, prevent disease, and manage chronic illnesses.
Our Nurse Practitioners are able to see patients autonomously for a variety of health care needs and have knowledge in disease prevention and management.
Our Clinical Pharmacist collaborates with all team members to help ensure the best outcomes from medications with the fewest adverse events.
The Social Workers on our team offer direct service to patients/families or provide consultation to other team members.
Our Registered Dietitians provide nutrition counseling and education to individuals and groups.
Our Respiratory Therapists can meet with you to discuss Asthma, COPD or talk to you about quitting smoking.
Our Health Outcomes Assessor develops and assesses interventions aimed at delaying/preventing the onset of chronic diseases and reducing complications among patients who already have a chronic disease diagnosis.
Our Executive Director is available to support our staff and allied health team, keep our business flowing smoothly, and help coordinate quality services that meet patients needs.
Our Administrative Assistant contributes to the overall success at many levels throughout our team and is also New Vision's Student Coordinator for academic programs.
