Specialist Consultant
New Vision established a working relationship with a community internist/endocrinologist in the summer of 2007. The specialist has been working together with our Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Pharmacist offering enhanced care and access to our diabetic patients. This service is offered directly at our clinic, which has resulted in more timely assessment than through traditional referral patterns. We also see this mentoring process as a way to enhance the skills of our physicians.
