Family Physician In-office Appointment

Please use the link below to book a NON-URGENT IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENT with your family physician.

Please note: 

- Dr. Rose Noble patients: Dr. Serena Arora will be covering Dr. Noble's Thursday clinics. 

- Dr. Karen Cameron patients: Dr. Alexis Edington will be covering Dr. Cameron's Tuesday clinics.

- Dr. Sarah Gimbel patients: Dr. Alexis Edington will be covering Dr. Gimbel's Thursday clinics. 

- Dr. Morgan Brown patients: Dr. Cecelia Mclachlan will be covering Dr. Brown's leave of absence.  She will have multiple locums covering her practice for the month of November.

- Not all physicians are offering online booking at this time.

- Some physicians may have locum coverage from time to time.

- There is a $40.00 fee for patients who cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show to their appointment with their Physician.

Nursing Appointments

NOTE: You CAN NOT book procedures (i.e. biopsy, IUD insertion etc.) TB skin tests or Grade 7 vaccines online. Please call our office to inquire. Also, allergy shot appointments are no longer offered, please contact your allergist to book.

You may use this form to book one of the following with a Nurse:

Depo-Provera - 1st dose only

- Urine pregnancy test will be required immediately prior to 1st injection

Please note: subsequent appointments after 1st dose will be booked for you.

Medical injections

- Testosterone

- Abilify

- Fluanxol

- Humira

- Methotrexate

- Prolia (every 6 months)

- Vitamin B12

Suture removal

- Sutures are generally due to be removed after 7 - 10 days or as directed.

Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (whooping cough) Tdap

- Booster recommended every 10 years (adult)

- Pertussis (whooping cough) in pregnancy (approximately 27 - 36 weeks)

Plantar (foot) Wart Treatments 

- Requires a diagnosis from family doctor/Nurse Practitioner prior to appointment.

Needs to be booked at least 2 weeks from last treatment.


PLEASE NOTE:  These bookings are not for medical assessments. If you have immediate health concerns, please contact our office.  Appointments for injections can only be booked online if your family physician or a specialist has prescribed the medications.

Pap Test with Health Promoter (RN)

Are you due for your cervical cancer screening? Have you received a letter from Cancer Care Ontario reminding you to book your pap test?

If you are due for a pap test you can book an appointment with our Health Promoter (RN) by clicking here. You can also book with your family doctor through their individual online booking link. If you would like a complete physical please book with your family doctor.
