Making Sense of Pain

Living with pain can be challenging, especially when faced with barriers to care. Making Sense of Pain is a free, group-based program designed to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to manage pain in daily life. Over 9 to 10 weeks, participants explore topics like pain science, stress management, movement, sleep, and self-compassion-all in a welcoming, facilitator-led setting. Each session includes time for learning, discussion, and social connection.

This workshop will begin on Thursday September 11th.  It will run for 10 weeks, with a one week break to 'practice skills'.

Dates:  Thursdays; September 11th to November 13th

Location: In-person at Greenbrook site

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Registration will be through Waterloo Wellington Self-Management
