Due to the Canada Post strike temporary service disruptions, please be aware of the following updates regarding FIT kits.
- FIT Kit Orders: Primary care providers may continue to order FIT kits as usual; however, you may experience delays in receiving your kits.
- Returning Completed FIT Kits: During this disruption, please do not return completed FIT kits by mail. Instead, completed kits can be dropped off at a local specimen collection centre. Find a LifeLabs location.
- Remote Areas: For participants in remote areas or those facing challenges accessing a drop-off location, we recommend waiting until the service disruption is resolved before completing and returning your FIT kit.
