What to Expect
You will be contacted within two weeks to discuss your referral. Please ensure our office has correct daytime phone numbers as well as appropriate consent to leave messages.
Our team will work with you to determine the best resources to meet your needs. You may be offered a 50-minute intake appointment or you may be provided with information about community resources to fit your specific needs.
Referral Process
If you require emotional support or help finding community resources speak to your health care provider. A referral will be made and you will be given information about mental health services. A counsellor from our team will contact you to discuss your needs and/or set up an appointment.
