Our Registered Dietitians provide nutrition counselling and education to individuals in a variety of life stages and disease states, such as pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, arthritis, liver and kidney disorders; gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, food allergies and intolerances; nutrient deficiencies, and eating disorders.   Registered Dietitians can also help healthy individuals of all age groups improve their diets to prevent some of these chronic conditions and improve their lifestyle.

Healthy adults and children throughout the lifecycle (pregnancy, infants, children, adults, seniors) who are seeking nutrition guidance or aiming to improve their eating habits.

Appointment Information

What you can expect at your appointment with your Registered Dietitian:

  • Your health and diet history will be collected and reviewed
  • We will review your medications and vitamin/mineral/herbal supplements
  • We will review and explain any related blood work result.
  • You will receive information about your chronic condition, appropriate use of your supplements, how your medications may affect your diet, and gain confidence in your ability to manage your disease
  • We will help you set nutrition-related goals to help achieve your best health.
