Our Registered Dietitians provide nutrition counselling and education to individuals in a variety of life stages and disease states, including:

Registered Dietitians can also help healthy individuals of all ages improve their diets to prevent some of these above chronic conditions and improve their lifestyle.

What to Expect

Patients are seen by the Registered Dietitians for individual appointments. At your appointment, you can expect:

  • A collection/review of your health and diet
  • Review your medications and vitamin/mineral/herbal supplements
  • Review and explain any related blood work result.
  • Provide information about your chronic condition, appropriate use of your supplements, how your medications may affect your diet, and gain confidence in your ability to manage your disease
  • Work together to set nutrition-related goals to help achieve your best health.
