Regarding on-line appointments:

  • Not all physicians are offering online bookings at this time.
  • Some physicians may have locum coverage from time to time.
  • TB skin tests or Grade 7 vaccines CANNOT be booked online. Please call our office for an appointment.
  • Procedures, such as biopsies or IUD insertion CANNOT be booked online. Please call our office for an appointment.

Select your family physician below to book a NON-URGENT IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENT.

Please note: 

- Dr. Karen Cameron patients: Dr. Alexis Edington will be covering Wednesday clinics. 

- Dr. Sarah Gimbel patients: Dr. Alexis Edington will be covering Thursday clinics. 

- Dr. Rose Noble patients: Dr. Andrew Davis will be covering Thursday clinics starting April 4, 2024. 

- Dr. Chase Reaume patients: Dr. Andrew Davis will be covering Thursday clinics starting April 4, 2024.

- Dr. Morgan Brown patients: Dr. Aaron Hegazi will be covering Monday clinics.  

- Dr. Meredith Pope is on maternity leave as of January 2024.  Dr. Cecelia Mclachlan is covering her leave.

There is a $40.00 fee for patients who cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show to their appointment with their Physician.

You may use this form to book one of the following with a Nurse. These bookings are not for medical assessments. If you have immediate health concerns, please contact our office.  Appointments for injections can only be booked online if your family physician or a specialist has prescribed the medications.

Depo-Provera - 1st dose only (Note: Urine pregnancy test will be required immediately prior to 1st injection)

Medical injections, such as Testosterone, Abilify, Fluanxol, Humira, Methotrexate, Prolia

Suture removal   (Note: Sutures are generally due to be removed after 7 - 10 days or as directed).

Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (whooping cough) Tdap

Plantar (foot) Wart Treatments (Note: requires a diagnosis from family doctor/Nurse Practitioner prior to appointment and needs to be booked at least 2 weeks from last treatment.

NOTE: You cannot book TB skin tests or Grade 7 vaccines online. Please call our office to book an appointment. Also, allergy shot appointments are no longer offered, please contact your allergist to book.

Are you due for your cervical cancer screening? Have you received a letter from Cancer Care Ontario reminding you to book your pap test?

If you are due for a pap test, you can book an appointment with our Health Promoter (RN).

You can also book your pap test with your family doctor. If you would like a complete physical, please book with your family doctor.
