Health811 is a free, secure and confidential service people in Ontario can call or access online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to receive health advice, find local health services and get trusted health information. The service can be accessed by calling 811 (TTY:1-866-797-0077), chatting online or visiting Health811's website at Ontario.ca/health811 (or Ontario.ca/sante811 for service in French).
Health811 is for non-emergent health inquiries and questions only. In the event of an emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.

• Translation support in more than 200 languages, including Indigenous languages such as Cree, Ojibwe and Inuktitut, through Health811’s phone service
• Connections to regional virtual urgent care services
• Assistance finding a family doctor or nurse practitioner accepting new patients, support to quit smoking and/or a referral for vaping cessation services, nutrition counselling by a registered dietitian, breastfeeding assistance, colorectal cancer screening information and refugee health supports
